30 Day Bran Muffins (Edit)
Keeps well in the refrigerator for 30 days
Ingredients
3 cups sugar minus 1T. each cup
1 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp salt
5 tsp soda
1 quart buttermilk
4 cups kellogs all bran
4 eggs beaten
5 cups flour
Directions
Mix together 2 cups bran and 2 cups boiling water
Let cool
Mix in everything else
Bake 18 - 20 min at 400 °F
