30 Day Bran Muffins (Edit)

Keeps well in the refrigerator for 30 days

Ingredients

  • 3 cups sugar minus 1T. each cup

  • 1 cup vegetable oil

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 5 tsp soda

  • 1 quart buttermilk

  • 4 cups kellogs all bran

  • 4 eggs beaten

  • 5 cups flour

Directions

  • Mix together 2 cups bran and 2 cups boiling water

  • Let cool

  • Mix in everything else

  • Bake 18 - 20 min at 400 °F
