Aunt Reva's Chocolate Cake (Edit)

Components

• Chocolate Icing

Ingredients

• 3 cups flour

• 1 tsp baking soda

• 1 tsp salt

• 2 cups sugar

• 1/2 cup cocoa

• 1 cup vegetable oil

• 2 eggs

• 1 cup boiling water

• 1 cup milk

• 1 tbsp lemon juice

• 1 tsp vanilla

Directions

• preheat oven to 350 °F

• mix dry ingredients

• add lemon juice to milk to make “sour milk”

• mix in liquid ingredients

• 9 x 12 bake for 40 min

• 11 x 15 bake for 30 min
