Coconut Rice

Ingredients

  • 2 cups coconut milk

  • 1 1/2 cup white rice uncooked

  • 1 cup water

  • 3 1/2 Tbsp sugar

  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions

  • Combine the coconut milk, rice, water, sugar and salt together in saucepan. Bring to a boil over high heat, stir once, then reduce heat to simmer. Cover and cook for 18-20 minutes, or until rice is tender. Fluff with fork and serve. (You can use a rice cooker)
