Coconut Rice
Ingredients
2 cups coconut milk
1 1/2 cup white rice uncooked
1 cup water
3 1/2 Tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
Directions
Combine the coconut milk, rice, water, sugar and salt together in saucepan. Bring to a boil over high heat, stir once, then reduce heat to simmer. Cover and cook for 18-20 minutes, or until rice is tender. Fluff with fork and serve. (You can use a rice cooker)
