Dad's Sugar Cookies (Edit)

Ingredients

• 3/4 cup shortening or butter

• 1 cup sugar

• 2 eggs

• 1/2 tsp vanilla

• 2 1/2 cups flour

• 1 tsp baking powder

• 1 tsp salt

Directions

• Bake for 6-8 minutes at 400 °F

• I double the recipe and put in both 3/4 cup shortening and 3/4 cup butter.
