Ramen Noodle Stir Fry (Edit)

      Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef 
- 2 packages ramen noodle (Oriental) 
- 2 cups frozen vegetables 
- 1/4 teaspoon ground/powdered ginger 
Directions
- Cook ground beef until it is no longer pink 
- Pour off grease and add one packet of ramen noodle seasoning 
- In the same skillet, combine 2 cups of water, frozen vegetables, ginger and remaining seasoning packet 
- Bring to a boil and reduce heat 
- Simmer for 3 minutes or until noodles are tender 
- Add beef and stir
