Sausage Pasta

Ingredients
3/4 pound pasta (penne pasta)
1 Tbs olive oil
1 lb spicy italian sausage
1 copped onion
4 cloves minced garlic
14.5 oz can diced tomatoes
10 oz pkg frozen chopped spinach
14.5 oz can chicken broth
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp dried Basil
Directions
Bring large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8-10 minutes or until al dente; drain and reserve.
In a large skillet, heat oil and sausage; cook through until no longer pink. During the last five minutes of cooking, add onion and garlic to skillet. Add broth, tomatoes with liquid, and basil.
Cook over medium heat for five minutes to slightly reduce. Add chopped spinach; cover skillet and simmer on reduced heat until spinach is tender.
Add past to skillet and mix together. Sprinkle with cheese and serve immediately.
