Toffee
Ingredients
- 1 cup butter 
- 1 cup sugar 
- 2 Tbsp cold water 
Directions
- Melt butter in pot, stirring continuously, add sugar, and cold water. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring until it starts to burn. 
- Pour over chocolate bars 9x13 pan, cover with chocolate bars on top and sprinkle with finely chopped nuts.
