White Bean Chicken Chili (Edit)

      Ingredients
- 2 Tablespoon vegetable oil 
- 1 medium copped white onion 
- 1 chopped green chili 
- 4 cans white great northern beans 
- 2 cartons chicken broth 
- 1 cup water 
- 1 rotisserie chicken 
- 2 tsp salt 
- 2 tsp garlic powder 
- 2 tsp oregano 
- 1 1/2 tsp ground cumin 
- 1 1/2 tsp coriander 
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper 
Directions
- Take chicken meat off the bones 
- Sauté onion in oil until brown and then add chilies and seasonings (I use less seasonings so it is not so spicy about 1/2) 
- Stir in remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. 
- Reduce to low heat and simmer covered for 15-20 minutes.
